Following are brief profiles of some of the major companies of HAK Group.
GH Transport Limited
Dealing in large-scale transportation, the company started by in 1976 by providing ARAMCO sophisticated large transportation to support the development of the Gas Oil Separation Plant program and to extend the ARAMCO material distribution infrastructure.
Setting a standard for future large scale transportation companies, GH Transport Ltd played a vital role as the transporter and material handler of pipe in the Western sector to participate in the Trans Arabia East/West crude oil and NGL pipe lines, which also included road construction and logistical support of the pipeline construction companies.
GH Transport continues to evaluate transport markets in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding Gulf countries to provide the cost efficient service and most professional attention.
RIKAZ Development
Rikaz is a real estate development company passionately dedicated to the progress of the Saudi Arabian economy. A subsidiary of the well-respected HAK Group, since its recent inception Rikaz has become the Kingdom’s leading developer of urban and industrial projects with a wide network of global partners and associate companies.
Established in 1997, in the wake of the rising demand in real state development, Rikaz has focused its core activities in the purchase, development, leasing, management, construction and acquisition of, and investment in, real estate assets.
The company has earned its niche in real estate development, construction and marketing of some of the biggest property development projects throughout the kingdom that includes Rikaz Industrial City and Tala Beach Resort on the Arabian Gulf coast. The company also has also ongoing developments in Al-Khobar such as the Amwaj resort project and the Al-Fanar community township.
HAKA Motors
The HAK Group’s Haka Motors represents DAF N.V. trucks and buses throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With almost 2000 vehicles now operating within the Kingdom, DAF has established itself as a quality alternative throughout all industry sectors including garbage compactors, concrete mixers, road sweepers and long haul transportation.
Recently HAKA Motors have acquired the Canadian franchise of Western Star Trucks. In addition to offering standard long haul vehicles, Western Star have an enviable reputation for custom built trucks to serve the demands of roads for oil exploration and the public utility sectors such as Sceco. HAKA Motors also offer a full line of fire trucks, industrial pumpers and emergency vehicles from North American manufacturers.
Al Eman Printing Press
Located in the First Industrial City, Al Eman Printing Press is an all under one-roof printing press with facilities for all the print processes. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology from Roland and Heidelberg, Al Eman is the symbol of quality printing. From designing to the final stage of binding and cutting, great care is taken to ensure that the quality is not sacrificed.
HAKA Computer Supplies
To meet the rising demand for computers, computer accessories and consumables throughout the Kingdom, HAKA Computer Supplies was launched in 1983. The HAKA Computer Supplies presently has over 600 line items in inventory, including diskettes, CDs, toner & ink cartridges.

Arabian Food & Dairy Factories (FADECO)
Established in 1977 FADECO has come a long way and has become the leading company producing Bakery & Dairy products. It produces a wide variety of bakery and dairy products using the finest ingredients, which are packs in both consumer size cartons as well as packs for catering operations. The highlight of the dairy operations, however is the ice cream line produced to the highest international standards. Gahtani International Maritime Agency (GIMA)
Managed by a team of dedicated professionals, GIMA has decades of experience in the Middle East and can move virtually any type of cargo. A fully manned and equipped 100,000m2 container terminal two kilometers from Dammam port enables GIMA to quickly move goods through customs and on to their destination with land transportation handled by the sister company GH Transport.
